Form must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the date needed so that your request can be processed fairly. If you have a formal letter you'd us to see, please email julie@caanfloral.com with your attachment. We do consider the location of the organization, where/what the donation will be used for, and the number of requests from the organization when donations are approved.  Please understand that with the increasing amount of donation requests we receive, we are not able to donate to every one of them.

Cash donations are not permitted.
